1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of the 2026ph3 online gaming platform accessible at https://2026ph3.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application environments operated under the same brand. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other party that interacts with the platform in any capacity.

2026ph3 is operated in compliance with applicable regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting or superseding applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility

• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 2026ph3 or its affiliated operators;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 2026ph3 or excluded by PAGCOR from online gaming platforms;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior compliance clearance.

2026ph3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services at 2026ph3, you must create a registered account. You agree that during registration:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

2026ph3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All financial transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Deposits are credited to your 2026ph3 account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider;
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the deposit screen at time of transaction;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Accounts with incomplete KYC may have withdrawals held pending document submission;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Funds held in your 2026ph3 account do not earn interest;
• 2026ph3 reserves the right to apply transaction fees or processing charges, which will be disclosed at time of transaction;
• Any balance associated with suspected fraudulent deposits will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 2026ph3 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at time of offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred or sold;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn — specific multiples will be stated per promotion;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified;
• Bonuses may be voided if 2026ph3 determines, at its sole discretion, that a player is abusing the promotion system, including through multi-accounting, use of prohibited strategies, or coordinated abuse with other players;
• 2026ph3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice, subject to protecting any legitimate interest already accrued by a player in good faith.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 2026ph3 are provided by certified third-party game developers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and live dealer operations are independently tested and certified for fairness. The rules of each individual game are set by the game provider and are accessible within the game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or data error during gameplay, 2026ph3 reserves the right to void the affected game round. Bets placed on voided rounds will be returned to the player's account balance. 2026ph3's determination of game outcome in cases of dispute shall be final, subject to any regulatory review process available to the player under PAGCOR rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2026ph3 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players in table games or live dealer games;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — any such winnings must be reported to support and are not payable;
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any transaction that may violate the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support agents or other players via any platform communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic access restrictions or platform security measures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2026ph3 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall platform design — is the property of 2026ph3 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal recreational gaming use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 2026ph3.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2026ph3 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or outages of the platform or any third-party service it depends upon;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Acts of force majeure including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or cyber attacks beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause limits 2026ph3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

2026ph3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any time and without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Where suspension is imposed, 2026ph3 will communicate the reason for suspension through the registered contact method of the account holder, subject to any ongoing investigation that may require information to be withheld temporarily.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not automatically constitute self-exclusion — if you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, please use the dedicated self-exclusion tool in your account settings or contact support explicitly to request a self-exclusion designation.

11. Responsible Gaming

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.

14. Amendments to These Terms

2026ph3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
